Jay is a Los Angeles based director and producer whose work includes the feature Before the Dawn, HBO’s Femme Fatales and, of course, the Stephen King Dollar Baby Paranoid. A former cinematographer, Holben is an associate member of the American Society of Cinematographers and a contributing technical editor for American Cinematographer Magazine. He is the author of three books on cinematography: A Shot in the Dark, Behind the Lens and the upcoming Cine Lens Manual.
